Surrey, as one of my favourite counties to shoot, I was genuinely excited to have been commissioned as the Wotton House Wedding Photographer for Lee and Ghim’s beautiful autumn wedding. Although I had my fingers firmly crossed for some beautiful September sun, the British weather lived up to its reputation by providing a fine mist of soggy drizzle. As the Wotton House Wedding Photographer, I was completely unphased by natures attempt to dampen the day as, when it rains on your wedding day, play in the puddles.

Wotton House has some incredible locations for photography both indoors and out. Lee and Ghim were both very laid back and happy to make the most of the stunning library for the newlywed and group shots. We were also able to take advantage of the small windows without rain to pull off a grand sparkler exit at the temple. My day as the Wotton House Wedding Photographer started early with photographing the bridal prep, and continued late into the evening to capture all the fun on the dance floor. Wotton house was a fantastic venue and is now up there on my list of favourites. It provided so many opportunities for beautiful and creative photos. It made my job very easy, especially in the library and at the temple where every shot looked stunning.

If you are looking for a Wotton Wedding Photographer and would like to find out more about my style and approach, please feel free to contact me. I shoot mainly unobtrusive candid documentary wedding photography which focuses on the special moments and emotions from your big day. Although I am passionate about documenting the day as it unfolds, I always find time to spend with the newlyweds to produce some intimate and unique couples portraits that can make beautiful prints or full-page spreads in a wedding album.
